Suncatcher
Fun and colorful (and easy) suncatchers.
Materials Needed:
- Contact Paper (precut semi-circle and heart)
- Tissue paper
Instructions:
- Cut up strips of the tissue paper and have child rip them up into small pieces. They can also use scissors and cut them up small.
- Remove white backing paper from contact paper and it will lay flat on table. The backing paper might be challenging to remove so have an adult do it.
- Cover all sticky parts with the ripped up tissue paper.
- OPTIONAL: After it is all covered you can trim around edge for a smooth finish
Keep ripped up tissue paper for other (tissue paper related) projects. We like to store it in a ziplock bag or envelop.
If you want to hang in window… you can make a small hole and use some yarn to create a hanger.
