Great for hand coordination but might be hard for 3 year olds.

Materials Needed:

• Construction Paper
• Scissors

Instructions:

1. Fold one paper in half and cut line from the folded edge until 1″ from end of paper. Do not cut all the way to the end. Open paper and lay flat.
2. 
   Use other sheets of paper to cut 1/2″ – 1″ strips of paper holding paper tall cut across so strips are 9″ long, not 12″ long.
3. Start weaving paper over and under the cut lines of flat paper. Start the next line different that one below it. If first one starts under the first strip, then start the next line over the first strip.
